Hello, I am Cleelia!
Hello, I’m Cleelia,
I was born in Tallinn, Estonia, and moved to Portugal in 2005 after a semester studying in Sweden. Nearly 20 years later I am still in Lisbon, raising four bilingual kids including a pair of lively twins, co-running a hospitality business and now doing the work I believe I was always meant to do.
For as long as I can remember I have been fascinated by what happens to people in the middle of major life transitions. Not just professionally but personally. I have lived through several myself — moving countries, building a business, navigating identity shifts that nobody prepares you for.
Last year I went back to university to study psychology. It was something I wanted at 18 and just did not happen. Coming back to it at 43 felt like closing a loop that had been open my whole life. It has deepened everything about how I see people and how I work with them.
My coaching is rooted in narrative identity psychology, the science of how we make meaning of our lives through story. Together we read the story you have been living and begin to consciously author what comes next.
I do not work from above. I work from alongside.
