Hello, I am Cleelia!

Hello, I’m Cleelia,

Born in Tallinn, Estonia, I grew up in a little northern nation where resilience, resourcefulness, and deep connection to nature run in our roots. Moving to Portugal in 2005, after a semester studying in Sweden, turned out to be one of those defining moments that expanded my world and stretched my comfort zone.

Today, nearly 20 years later, I’m still in Lisbon, the sunny, soulful city I call home, raising 4 bilingual (well, tri-lingual!) kids, including a pair of lively twins, in our cross-cultural family. Parenthood, as I often say, has been my greatest teacher. It taught me about presence, priorities, and what real balance looks like.

For the past 16 years, I’ve also been an entrepreneur, co-founding and managing a hospitality business that grew from a dream into a reality. That journey gave me the full spectrum of what it means to build something: the challenges, the triumphs, and the mindset work required at every single stage.

As a former A-student and a high-achiever, I experienced for years insecurities and self-doubt, what I later learned was imposter syndrome. Naming it was the first step toward change.

Since then, I’ve become deeply fascinated by the human capacity to change, grow, adapt and navigate life’s transitions with resilience.

Working on my mindset has been my lifeline,  the best investment I’ve ever made to navigate life's big transitions:

✨ Moving countries
✨ Shifting from safe employment to entrepreneurship
✨ Growing from a mom of 2 to a mom of 4
✨ And now, from business owner to Life & Executive Coach

Today, as an internationally certified coach (ICF ACC, Imposter Syndrome Coach Practitioner), I work with high-achieving entrepreneurs and professionals navigating periods of change, transition, and reorientation, both professional and personal.

Not all transitions are visible or externally dramatic.

Some involve career moves or new roles.

Others unfold more quietly, shifting priorities, evolving identities, changing life seasons, or the subtle sense that the way you once operated no longer fits.

These phases often generate internal friction that is difficult to articulate yet deeply felt:

Heightened self-doubt.

Overthinking.

Loss of clarity.

Imposter thoughts.

A sense of being unsettled despite outward competence.

My work focuses on understanding the psychological and behavioural patterns that  emerge during these periods of adjustment.

Rather than approaching confidence as something to force or manufacture, we examine how you think, interpret pressure, and relate to uncertainty, performance, and self-trust.

Because I believe this deeply:

Change is not only logistical.
Transitions are not only strategic.

They are deep inner processes that reshape perception, identity, and decision-making.

What often feels like “losing confidence” is frequently the mind reorganising in response to change.

Sometimes what is needed is not more effort, but a space for reflection, recalibration, and clearer thinking.

That is the role I step into for my clients.

And maybe, just maybe, you didn’t land on this page by accident.
Just saying… 😉

I hope to hear from you soon,
Cleelia
